The Fallen Angel and The Mortal
February 10, 2019 0
So above came belowReborn with the spirit glowYet so dark within thy soulBut the light shine through to see thy goalHeaven, so does the hellA combination no one's to hailBut one oath to theeFor the fallen angel shall seeA face of an angel from aboveYet there's a demon side she might haveBut a mere mortal came to theeWhat a forbidden thing to be"What kind of mortal would stay to me,if I had the side shall no one can see.I won't say the sharpest wordsBut I silently seek for the dullest swordsAn angel, so perfect, so elegantBut I, the fallen, so unpredictable, so vacant"All of thy angel's words came to hearOnly a tear came down to shearHow come a strong became the fragileYet is the one who's true and realMere mortal just stands and stareOwning the words for what he baresSwept the lonely tear thy angel hasSaying these words like a childish love"Don't worry, for I am for theeI'm not blind, but I shall not seeNor I'm not mute, but I won't speakThus, I’m here to find for what you seekI cannot lie but we're the sameYet so different from thy game"Confusion arose what seems to beLike a silent sound walk into the mistHow come a mere mortal say such thingOn what kind of place, he will bringSilence broke with the essence of thunderFar away the old blue sky came darkerHere ol' thy storm, rain is bornYet another day for a hail of stormA massive wing came out to theeDark feathers yet an awe to seeThe mortal was struck, the beauty it sawBut everything was just a massive flawLeaving him once, the angel choosesStaring in the skies, the angel roseHere he knew he must continue their pathThere he thought if his wish will ever be grantWalking, walking in the thousand pathsLies the mortal thinking what he hadA broken piece of wonder he thoughtYet a complete set of horror he soughtAs the rain reach, puncturing rawHe still walks with a diligent hueJust above this ol’ dark skyThe angel flew with gradient highFlying, flying above the cloudsLies the angel thinking what she hadA mere mortal bringing himself to herYet a confusion what he seems to lure“He’s so sudden, I don’t know what to do”Weep by the angel at rue“She’s my hope, I don’t want her to go”Whisper by the mortal at viewEven as the heaven and earth combinedThese perfect lights will never shineWhat a pity as a perfect key will goThrough a perfect lock that will never turnYears passed, what a journey they begunIn this mere world what such thing would be goneBut hail to oath, the mortal continues to throttleGiven such, the angel for him became too brittleAll was set, a miracle of timeBetween them a hidden red thread of lineExquisite and awe to seeYet the mortal and the angel are a forbidden match to beWhen the hopes seem to be goneThere he knew that’s time to runBut the angel came, beautiful as ever he sawHere she says, shimmering a lovely glow“Come back, now I see your worthFor I’ve done wrong, knowing you’re hurtCome back I say, this is our pathPromise for thee that I’ll treasure suchPlease mortal, I cherish rightFor you brought my darkness into Light”“Oh angel, where have we ever bendI’m sorry but this is where our path will endLeaving you is what I fear the mostBut I, the mortal, brings the warrior’s hostFor I’m not ever be to theeBecause you, you make me unworthy”Silent arose, staring to the soulThen what a pity, tears came lowBoth knew that they were weakBut the world was blunt that the mask is a trickUnwillingly to leave, the angel humA melodic tone, a wonderful sound“Mortal, my dearest, I’m sorry”Then a breathless word came to theeMillions of meanings unfold to see“The untold story says so muchI love you, I know you’re my match”“I know you’re my perfect matchBut I fear, there’s a hurtful catch”Blue tone emerged with a mortal’s tearsIt was anew for what he can bear“From the start through this dayI’m waiting for you, that’s will I sayI love you, but it was never meant to beSuch a pity, I go along but never theeI’m sorry but it was enoughWe will continue on, you’ll be toughNow surely where our path liesGo now, this our final goodbye”Walk pass the angel, the mortal waveShe’s speechless, now a hardly heave“I’m sorry, please come back”Weeping through, she knew what she lacksNow nothing was left but the savory truthThis was her fault, her entirely faultHere she lies, diverging a new pathNow there she was, covering a patchFor everything means nothing
But nothing means everything
The end of every storyHides the great gloryBut here lies the forsaken truthNot every story, harvest the fruit
